2. Description of Services

Yusrauto is an online marketplace that connects car sellers (both private individuals and dealers) with potential buyers in the United Arab Emirates. We provide a platform for listing vehicles for sale and facilitate communication between parties.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

We offer two types of seller accounts:

  • Private Seller: For individuals selling personal vehicles. Listings are subject to moderation before publication.
  • Dealer: For businesses engaged in vehicle sales. Dealers may enjoy additional features and direct listing publication.

4. Listing Guidelines

When creating vehicle listings, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle
  • Only list vehicles you have the legal right to sell
  • Upload genuine photographs of the actual vehicle
  • Set fair and realistic prices
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Update or remove listings when vehicles are sold

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • List stolen vehicles or vehicles with disputed ownership
  • Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Attempt to manipulate listings or reviews
  • Use automated systems to scrape data from our platform
  • Violate any applicable UAE laws or regulations

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing or content that violates these terms or our guidelines. Private seller listings are subject to moderation before publication. We are not obligated to provide reasons for removal decisions.

7. Transaction Responsibility

Yusrauto is a marketplace platform only. We do not:

  • Guarantee the accuracy of listings
  • Verify vehicle conditions or histories
  • Facilitate payments or transfers
  • Act as a party to any transaction

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for conducting due diligence, vehicle inspections, and completing transactions safely.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Yusrauto, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yusrauto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any transactions conducted through our platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
